Designed by us for Founding Partner Rnea to reside in, we were able to have creative freedom with the finishes and materials used throughout this 700 sqft lofted unit. The overall look and feel was “light and airy” with a cool contemporary urban vibe.
This 1990’s Barry Hobin condo building, located in Lower Town Ottawa was in need of a full renovation, as everything inside the unit was in poor condition. The unit was stripped down to the base and rebuilt from bottom to top which included removing and relocating closets and adding additional storage under the staircase. The renovation also included new wide plank oak flooring, solid wood stair treads, kitchen and bath cabinets and counters, and appliances, all chosen with care.
